How do I register on the EBPAM site?
Click on the ‘Log In’ link at the top right corner of the page. Please note a valid email address is required as all communications will be via that email. Upon successful registration, user will be sent an activation email. Click the link in the activation email to complete registration process.

Does BPAM offer any trial subscription?
We regret that BPAM does not offer any trial subscription at this time.
How do I make a purchase?
Log in to your account > select and ‘Add to Cart” the product(s) you wish to purchase > click the ‘Cart’ icon at the top right corner of the page to reach your ‘Order Summary’ > confirm the product(s) you wish to purchase and ensure all your details are correct > check out by clicking ‘Pay’ > Once payment is successful, an invoice, official receipt and product download instructions will be sent to your registered email address.
What are the costs of purchasing the EBPAM product?
Prices are made available when you select the product(s). Prices displayed are exclusive of Malaysia Sales & Services Tax (SST). The final amount with the Malaysia SST added are displayed under your ‘Order Summary’ page. Please note that payments conducted outside of Malaysia will be converted to Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). Exchange rate will be based on the rate determined by your card provider and/or bank.
Do you provide discounts?
From time to time, we will run special promotions. Therefore, please check under ‘Account’ > ‘My Coupons’ page to ensure you do not miss out on any promotions.
Are there samples of the product?
Yes, you may access the product samples by going to ‘Products’ > select a product and click ‘See Sample File.’

How do I download the product(s) after payment?
Your purchased product(s) will be delivered after payment is confirmed. After payment confirmation, you will receive a ‘Payment Receipt’ email which contains an invoice, official receipt and product download instructions.
Is there any time frame in which I must download the product?
You are required to download your purchased product(s) within 14 days from the ‘Payment Receipt’ email date, after which it will expire.
What are the product formats available?
Generally, the products are either in comma-separated values (csv) files or PDF files. Please check the product ‘File Type’ to ensure it is compatible with your devices and requirements.

Can I cancel my order after payment is made?
We regret that we do not entertain any request for cancellation or refund once payment is made.
I have forgotten my username and password. What do I do?
  • Click on the ‘Log In’ link at the top right corner of the page.
  • On the ‘Log In’ page, click ‘Forgot Password’ and you will be prompted to enter your email address.
  • Please enter the email address you provided at the point of registration.
  • You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
  • Click on the link and create a new password.
  • You will be notified once the new password creation is successful after which you may log in using your new password.
