The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 [Act 709] (“the Act’) regulates the processing of personal data in commercial transactions. The terms "personal data", "processing" and "commercial transactions" used in this policy shall have the meaning provided in the Act.

BPAM may share your information with its strategic business partners for payment verification as well as to offer you products, services or promotions that may be of interest to you. In this scenario, our strategic business partners too shall adhere to this Privacy Policy when handling your personal information in accordance with the terms of agreement with us.
- For business transfers:
BPAM may share or transfer your personal information in the event of any merger, sale of its company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of BPAM’s business to another company.

BPAM may disclose your information for any other purpose provided if we have your consent.
