Cancellation and Refund: We regret that we do not entertain any request for cancellation or refund once payment is made.

Venue: The Client shall be solely responsible for all transportation arrangements to the training venue, including but not limited to any associated costs such as parking fees, toll charges and other related expenses. In the case of online webinars, the Client shall be solely responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and for utilising the necessary software or applications required to access the webinar via the link provided.

Disclaimer: BPAM reserves the right to change the programme, speaker(s), date or venue of the training due to unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, BPAM will endeavour to advise the Client at the earliest opportunity.
